Meet The Crew
Tine Meharry Roland
Originally from Norway, Tine upped sticks and moved as far from home as she possibly could to start her rollercoaster scuba adventure with partner Stone here in Leigh in 2013. She escaped adulthood, by jumping on a pirate ship to sail around the Pacific Islands for a while, she eventually agreed to put down roots (for now..) in the Land of the Long White Cloud. From a politics degree in Aberystwyth (yes, we question her sanity at that move too..) to Goat Island Dive and Snorkel Tine's journey here has been anything but straight forward! Armed with her extensive knowledge, unwavering passion, and a determination to make a difference, she set out to share her expertise with others, training divers to respect and safeguard the marine environment.

Rocksea and Scuba have a special affinity for the water. With their adventurous spirits and natural instincts, they quickly embraced the underwater world, making them ideal ambassadors for our dive center. They have an uncanny ability to bring a smile to the faces of divers and non-divers alike, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter our doors.
Stone Meharry Roland
Meet the Ocean Guardian Stone, a man driven by a deep-rooted love for the ocean and an unwavering commitment to protecting its fragile ecosystem. Born and raised in this coastal town, Stone developed an unbreakable bond with the sea from an early age. After years of exploring its depths and witnessing its wonders, he realized that his true purpose lay in becoming a guardian of the underwater world that had shaped him.
Stone's infectious enthusiasm and unparalleled skill as an instructor quickly earned him a reputation as a mentor and a force to be reckoned with in the diving community. His students not only benefit from his technical proficiency but also witness firsthand his unyielding commitment to conservation.
